We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect as it provided scenic views of the surrounding hills and the nearby lake. It was conveniently located near the town centre and was easily accessible. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the cleanliness of the rooms which were well maintained. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast spread was great and provided a good start to our day.

Situated near the forest and down the hills, the views of the surrounding nature are breathtaking. The rooms were clean and comfortable, while the service provided by the staff was cordial and welcoming. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The resort has many activities like archery, trampoline, and quad biking available for a reasonable fee.

Although the resort was a bit crowded during peak season, the value for money was not up to par compared to other resorts that provide all the activities complimentary with the room.

The rooms were airy, with breathtaking views of nature. The staff were extremely helpful, and assisted us with excellent tour packages, providing guidance which helped us take in more of the local area. The F&B team made sure that every guest had their individual choices catered too, which made for some delicious meals.

None! Our experience at this hotel was top-notch. We enjoyed the soft trek to a local lake, where our guide took wonderful photographs that will serve as cherished memories for years to come.

The surroundings were breathtaking, with several nearby parks and vast expanses of tea and spices plantations. The hotel offered a variety of foods in their restaurant, and the ingredients were always fresh and locally grown. The staff was very friendly and always willing to provide recommendations and help us with any requests we had.

The hotel was quite remote, so getting there was a bit of a challenge. We had to rely on renting transportation to be able to see the nearby attractions.
